Resort is great but missing a lot of things جميل و لكن يفتقد الى الكثير من الاشياء
What I did not Like:
Villa Facilities was very bad.
There was no Iron table I have asked many times to provide me one but no one bring.
Electric water Kittle was not there in the kitchen I have asked for it and they have bring very old any rusty kittle.
Cleaning materials inside bathrooms and kitchen where missing.
No hangers inside bathrooms are available, no place to hang clothes or towels.
Towels were not enough and each time I am asking to provide more they are saying there are in washing process.
Kitchen materials are missing no kittle, Spoons, enough kitchen facilities in general.
The floor was not clean and inside smell is Shisha smell.
No one is cleaning on daily bases or removing the trash.
Stairs Window are transparent, everyone from outside can see you.
In the One bedroom villa the stairs where Worden and there was a gap between the stairs and the wall, that it is so dangerous for small kids.
Staff is not enough , each time I was asking for something they take 30 to 45 minutes to do it.
Mobile Network is very very weak, also WiFi is not available in all places and it is too slow.
Mosqitos are everywhere in outside area
What I have liked:
The Hotel itself is great but have some few things that affect the review.
I have booked 2 villas one bedroom and 5 bedrooms, the size was great. I have liked:
Villa Size.
Room Size.
Inside and Outside Seating area.
Swimming pool.
Comfy beds.
Staff.
