If you want to sleep without any service or deal with the staff this place will be good. You w You won't find the expected level of service typical of Four Points or Marriott brands here. Front desk and lobby staff often lack name tags and fail to greet guests, even when management is present. The cleanliness standards are subpar, and the "do not disturb" sign is often disregarded. Additionally, there are issues with unwanted door knocking and an unresponsive approach to complaints. Recognition of Marriott Bonvoy status is also lacking. The hotel's internet connection is weak, making it unsuitable for business purposes. Considering these issues, it's advisable to seek accommodations elsewhere.

So I wish this place was a bit closer in to the heart of Jeddah because I loved everything about this hotel. Great service, awesome rooms … and an amazing breakfast buffet. I’d 100% recommend staying here as the views are also great.

During my business trip to Jeddah, I sought a comfortable place to stay and rest. Four Points by Sheraton surpassed my expectations. From the reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, everyone was exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful, assisting me with all my needs. I extend special thanks to Abdelaziz at the reception and Joepete from the restaurant for making my stay memorable and guiding me during my first visit to Jeddah. The view from the room was absolutely incredible. Having worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years at 5-star hotels such as One and Only and Porto Montenegro, I believe this feedback holds significant weight. I'll definitely return.

Amazing hotel with great service. Rooms are spacious! It had a large swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a gym! Only problem is there should be more entrances rather than just one main entrance as you have to walk all the way round. But the view was lovely!

The hotel entrance is a bit tricky, as you enter from the back. It has an excellent view of the marina. The rooms are certainly small, but contain all modern features. Don’t be fooled if your room starts off warm, the air conditioning has a smart home feature that turns it off when there are no occupants present as an energy saving feature. The room service was also pretty decent. However during my checkout I asked for a bellboy to be sent to my room to help with my bags, but no one showed up after 15 minutes. I ended up moving my bags to my car on my own. All in all, my stay was decent.
