I have traveled all over the world ? and this hotel has the kindest and most helpful team I've ever come across. My experience at this hotel was fantastic ? Super clean new rooms, quiet and cozy bed. The buffet was yum ? yum!

Would loved to have given 5 stars. But a few things pulled it down. The views from the rooms are amazing. and the location is good (although the website descriptions make it seem like it’s in the centre of Jeddah and not the suburbs). The restaurant well designed and look - but the staff a bit slow (had to ask 3 times and wait 10 mins for orange juice). The egg station was great. The parking was fine but the people loading and unloading decorations for a wedding blocked the doors and lifts a bit. The concierge wasn’t really helpful in booking the Sheraton beach club for us - he said they are not affiliated with Sheraton - even though Sheraton is in their name. He just was unhelpful when he could have offered alternatives. The rooms were well appointed - but not soundproof - was woken and kept awake by some dude having a 3 hour conversation on the phone from 4am in the room next door.

I had stay for 3 nights from 1 Oct to 04 Oct. - thanks to Hani and Emad from FO was very professional and smiling, they had upgraded my room with balcony and offer me a late check out till 2 pm. - very welcoming staff from the doorman, reception, and the restaurant. - I go out for 15 minutes and once I came back I found the housekeeper cleaning my room without telling them which is mean they are caring of their guests. - room service was quick, and also Derrick from the lobby lounge. - Majed from concierge he is helpful, I kept my luggage with them for 3 to 4 hours. - delicious food and very nice restaurant service, specially Mohammed, Harbi & Mr. Islam always getting sure that the food & service was satisfied to us. - Hanouf from the reception she is good. Thank you Four Points by Sheraton team ?

Great and very friendly staff, good service. But, the standard room is too small specially if the reservation is for two guests. Location is really good, you can as will get a room with nice view on the Red see. The services in the Hotel awesome, I had one technical issue in the AC and they fixed it with in 30 minutes. I ordered from the Hotel restaurant, it was good not bad, but for me it could be better. Underground parkings are available (two floors). Over all, I recommend this Hotel, but I think you can get bigger room with same price in other Hotel.

Seriously, I’m so glad to write this review for four points by Sheraton, first of all I would to thanks the staff for their hospitality. The hotel is clean and nice and I really recommend this hotel for who’s coming on vacation or business, everything was great starting from staff and facilities.
