Four Points by Sheraton Jeddah Corniche

Very bad 1- once we arrived we asked the laundry attendant to pick up the laundry he responded with I am eating now. 2-housekeeping staff once u ask them for anything over phone they are very rude. Moreover once we checked on of the rooms we found a water bottle empty used and thrown under the side table. 3- it’s normal for the staff to be rude if the GM doesn’t is I asked him to call me 3 time and he ignored. 4- once I arrived my room lock was broken. 5- AC has a very clear problem and the temperature stable. 6-iftar food is a disaster taste, quality and selection. 7-standard rooms are to small even to pray and balcony was empty and without furniture Finally there is one good thing oboist the hotel is a supervisor called Amira she was very professional vey strong communication and problem solving skills.

We stayed at level 8 and the view was amazing, nice Saudi staff (believe it or not) , located near jeddah Dom and the stadium

Stayed for half a day on 1 Jan 2022. We were traveling by car for a whole day with no sleep me and my wife. So, We checked in @1PM so we could sleep before check out @11PM the same day to go to the airport. The experience was very very bad for 10 hours. for staying half a day, I had no time to request a new room, as the problems arises after we opened our bags, took a shower and started to get ready to have little sleep. First, the air condition was not working and the room was very hot. Second, the telephone was not working either. I had to find the phone number from google and call the reception from my mobile. Third, there is a locked door between our room and the next room, not a regular wall, just a wood door and the noises were very freaking loud from the other room(family with children). So, I paid close to 250 Dollar(900 Saudi riyal) for half a day for a premium hotel so I can have a nice day during my honey moon and what I got is a hot room with no working air condition, no working phone and no proper wall between us and the next room and loud noises(mother screaming at her kids all day noises). so we checked out after a few hours, very tired with no sleep. I informed the reception about the experience and they have not even called to apologies

Had an amazing stay at this new property in a up and coming area. The staff did a great job of attending to my needs and any issue I had, they were quick to fix and give the most attention. Stunning property that had a fresh modern feel with beautiful views. The breakfast was great with a scenic view overlooking the water. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for first class Marriott service. I think this property will be a Jeddah favorite.
