Hotel location was amazing and near to Masjid e Nabwi. The only issue is hotel service and cleanliness of rooms.

I regret to say that my recent stay at Taif al Nebras was utterly disappointing. From the moment I entered the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The bed sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks, and the room itself was in dire need of a deep clean. The washroom was downright filthy, with grime and mildew in every corner. But what truly made the experience unbearable was the abysmal management. It was clear that the staff lacked any semblance of professionalism or care for their guests. Requests for basic amenities were met with indifference, and any complaints fell on deaf ears. The overall atmosphere was one of neglect and apathy, leaving me feeling like a burden rather than a valued guest. In summary, my stay at Taif al Nebras was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against booking a room here unless you have a high tolerance for filth and incompetence. Save yourself the trouble and seek accommodation elsewhere.

If you want to ruin your stay in Medinah for this sacred journey . . Then this is the right hotel. Room condition: Smelly carpet, dirty curtain and clogged washrooms and leakages in the pipes that make washroom floor wet all the time. Tv remote has no cell so you cannot change channel. And out of all these problems you are not welcome to complain at all. There is an intercom in room but it is if no use, you have to go downward to the reception just to witness their unwelcoming and rude behavior. Above all, we were two people in the room and were given only one key, which has caused immense problem. Wifi signal in the room is almost near to none, so you have to rely only on your data sim for communication. I haven't experienced any 2 star throughout the world with this poor service and rude, unwelcoming behavior. I will give more money or opt for a distant hotel but won't be opting this hotel "Taif-al-Nebras" in my lifetime for sure.

Stayed there for 1 week. The beds were broken, the sheets were dirty, the blankets were dirty, the carpets on the floor were dirty, the AC made a noise like it was a flight taking off to Mekkah, the toilets were dirty and they cleaned it after two days, the WiFi signals were non existent. They said it was a 5 Star hotel but it wasn't even half a star. I would've posted some pictures but I didn't want to see the hotel again and relive the trauma. We were in this beautiful city of Medinah, but our experience was ruined because we chose to stay at this hotel. Sure it was near to Masjid-e-Nabwi but I'd have preferred walking more than this for a better hotel.
