This hotel was displayed as a 4 star hotel, but their standards are not up to the mark.. Prices were HIGH, it was hard to climb the slope to reach the hotel, rooms and toilets were dirty.. Service was not good especially the reception staff were not friendly. Check-in time was 4PM, but I waited for more than 3 hours to check-in and that too after the heated argument.. You can find lots of hotels nearby for the same price with good service.. The only good thing is close to the Haram sharif. NOT Recommended..

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in ... less experienced staff... no credit card machine only cash .. filthy rooms .. far from haram old furniture smelly bathroom And much more....

Worst booking in the history Worst location Located on hill Had booked hotel thinking elaf kinda management but New management has poor response, cards not accepted and no Wi-Fi Difficult to move around from hotel to haram or restaurants
