Best hotel in makkah in terms of easy access to Haram. Buffet breakfast is very nice with a wide variety of international food.

I had a pleasant stay here for the first time on 3rd of may. Receptionist Hassan was very gentle, helping, welcoming and took good care of me. The room was neat and quiet. The best thing about the hotel is its location itself. Barely around 3 min walk and you will be inside masjid al haram right infront of Kaaba. Helpful to go for prayers and avoids missing. Only thing I would suggest to improve is the access to lifts, some more directions/signs from building entrance to reach and change lifts will help. Sometimes it feels losted and confusing to reach the right lifts which takes to hotel rooms. Another shocking thing to me was about the hotel parking as its SAR 23 riyal / hour! I had to park far away from hotel to avoid this unbelievably expensive charges and took a taxi to hotel.

Comfortable stay. Well maintained and clean rooms and lobby. Enthusiastic concierge staff. Location close to Haram though you need to use 3-4 escalators to get to front of Haram or change lifts.

I was very disappointed with the room that I was given as it did not meet the requirements for my family as we were 2 adults and we children. The room only had 2 bed. The room was unclean and very smelly and had to request for a room change and charged another extra 600SAR due to no fault of our own. The customer service was awful as there were no Wi-Fi throughout our stay and after repeatedly telling the hotel they did nothing about it and brushed us off without any solution. There was no way of getting hold of room service and when you did eventually get through they pass you on to other departments. Breakfast was very average and not very appealing. We will not book there again!

The design of the room is good. Room is clean. There was delay in the check in because of the servants are busy. The electeicity plug is broken. No coffee, tea or sugar in the room. No black coffee in the buffet of the resturant.
