Rooms are nice and comfortable but the bathrooms get flooded every time you shower. Bus service is another story. Hotel is quite far from the Haram and to get to the masjid on time you have to leave an hour or more earlier to get there, that’s if you get lucky and catch the bus parked in front which is usually not the case. Bus drop off point is also quite far from the masjid. You have to walk on busy roads with people and traffic for at least a quarter mile. On your return you have to walk back quarter mile to find the busses filled up to the brink and people fighting to get inside. I don’t think l will be staying here again.

Stayed there for 6 nights, was welcomed accommodated by the gentle guy Mr. Wial, he was very supportive and helpful, was able to understand english as well. When we arrived, there was only one luggage guy at the gate and three trolleys which were already occupied, while we checked in by Mr. Wial, the trolleys and the guy got free to help us. The room was a bit small according to the bedding capacity, and the beds were just to light and were of no good quality. You can get the room service daily if you ask for it, but not daily without asking. The breakfast was just ok with limited options that you can try with just ok taste. There are four lifts for 16 floors building, but you don't have to wait long for them. The hotel offers shuttle service, which is available at Hotel and Haram too for two-way pick and drop. There is a smoking area on the ground floor, and the barbar shop is also available in the hotel. Grocery Store and an Afghani Restaurant is near the hotel.

Frankly, a very nice hotel and the reception is very classy. It has a kettle, coffee and tea, and room service is excellent. They clean and settle what you ask of them. The bus is a little late, but it is good, and there is free parking for the hotel.

Neat , Clean & Good place with very reasonable price and the service. Yes, one can go there again based on the price. Free parking and good shuttle service to haram. Approx 5 min walk after bas drop off point.

Baytoul ajyad hotel is a very nice hotel and the reception is very classy. It has a kettle, coffee and tea, and room service is excellent. They clean and settle what you ask of them. There is free parking for the hotel. Every 20 min free transportation. bus to haram and back to hotel. Approx 5 min walk after bas drop off point. There is an in-house barber as well for SR10 which is a big convenience for umrah pilgrims. There are bakala and restaurants on the other side of Ajyad street.
