It's located 1.8km from Haram shuttle service available every 15 to 30 minutes, which is however when return back to hotel shuttle service delayed, the hotel rooms are good Electric kettle coffee tea available. Free car parking available

No star at all!! You guys should improve your customer service. The room is dirty, bed sheets and pillow case are not washed the carpet has too many stains, the curtain is dusty, the kettle is dirty we did not make coffee beacuse of that!! When we requested slippers you gave us one when in fact we are two booked to that room. The first room you gave us the AC is not working you even cleaned it when we arrived so I smell all the dust and it caused me coughing and sneezing and until now I am not feeling well!! Please do not waste your money here this hotel is beautiful outside (reception) but most dirtiest in inside on the other hand, scam!!!!!

The stay was good. It's definitely a good value for the paid price. It's close to the Haram with a free shuttle that goes every 30 minutes and takes almost 5 minutes to arrive to the Haram. A 20-25 minutes walk is also doable. The rooms are fine. One small inconvenience is the shower that is poorly isolated with curtains that don't block the water from spilling over the bathroom. The staff is very kind and helpful. There's a barber inside the hotel for 10 SAR.

This is a good hotel. It's about 1 km from masjidil haram, still worth to walk, even it's located at a top of a hill. They also have bus service, that will be very comfortable for the shuttle to Al-Haram. We were knocked at the door at 2 AM, in reminder to prepare for pray, and there's a surprise from Mr Mahmood. He gave us some snacks. It's very nice, thank you so much. Last, but not least, they provide water dispenser in front of your room. It's very useful. Even they don't make your bed everyday, but with this price, it's still worthy. I like this hotel.

Just loved the hotel. Rooms were very neat and clean, clean beds clean towels also very pleasant smell in the room. As mentioned in the booking site all facilities were provided free of cost, parking was free and most usefull service was their shuttle bus service. Also they provide wheel chair. I would surely book this hotel for my next stay.

Baytoul ajyad hotel is a very nice hotel and the reception is very classy. It has a kettle, coffee and tea, and room service is excellent. They clean and settle what you ask of them. There is free parking for the hotel. Every 20 min free transportation. bus to haram and back to hotel. Approx 5 min walk after bas drop off point. There is an in-house barber as well for SR10 which is a big convenience for umrah pilgrims. There are bakala and restaurants on the other side of Ajyad street.
