Our stay at Batoul Ajyad Hotel for 10 days from Dec23-Jan24 was truly remarkable. The rooms were fantastic, providing a comfortable haven during our Umrah journey with a group from Pakistan. The room service was exceptional, ensuring our rooms were cleaned in the evening. The reception service was top-notch, contributing to an overall wonderful experience. The hotel's 15 floors offered a grand view, and being just 1.5 km away from the Haram (Ka’aba), the 24/7 shuttle service was convenient, although it could be challenging during prayer times. On Jummah, walking might be a better option than using their shuttle. Hot water for baths and a kettle with tea-making essentials added a thoughtful touch to the hotel's amenities. However, while the hotel boasts four lifts, there were occasional waits to get on one. Our time at Batoul Ajyad Hotel was truly amazing, and I highly recommend it. It provided a comfortable and welcoming retreat during our spiritual journey, making our stay memorable.

Nice hotel. Having some issues but overall it was good. Shuttle service available for Haram but takes a lot of time.

Worst service in the world

We haven't received clean towels for 4 days. No refreshment replacement either. Every day the facilities operators promised towels but nothing materialized. A complete waste of money. This hotel spoilt my whole umrah experience

This is the worst hotel I stayed. Rooms are very dirty and no proper room services. Receptions are not at all corpative and not providing what requiered. In the night time they did not even provide the water bottle when we requested. The Phone line mostly not answered and for all the small things had to go to the reception and ask even that the issues were not resolved. The WIFI also not working properly in the room and it is getting disconnected always. It is mentioned the hotel is 4 star but I will not even give 1 star to this. Worst expiriance ever and I will not book this hotel ever again. Whoever planning to book considering other hotel options will be my suggestion.

Baytoul ajyad hotel is a very nice hotel and the reception is very classy. It has a kettle, coffee and tea, and room service is excellent. They clean and settle what you ask of them. There is free parking for the hotel. Every 20 min free transportation. bus to haram and back to hotel. Approx 5 min walk after bas drop off point. There is an in-house barber as well for SR10 which is a big convenience for umrah pilgrims. There are bakala and restaurants on the other side of Ajyad street.
