One of the worst services received. The staff was very unprofessional, rude and times they were showing attitude like they are doing some charity. Did not came once to clean the room or the washroom during 6days of stay.

Good price considering it was last days of Ramadan. Good location, just 6 minutes walk to Masjid Nabvi. Room service wasn't the best. Had to request housekeeping many times before they actually came
