Wifi didn’t connect, water pressure was so low, door lock socket was damaged you need to get a new key everyday, soundproof was weak, one of the worst staying i had in an hotel not to mention having to wait two hours to get my room ready.

A very poor Hotel, washrooms full of smell. We found insects in breakfast which dully reported to Restaurat manager

Not too good because it's an old hotel. The designs are old & very low lighting. Also the chocolate milkshake was good........

I would like to personally congratulate the hotel for such an amazing staff particularly Ms Sara Al Sharif for showing us the real value of Saudi Hospitality. I have been to many hotels around the world but she made me feel home. I should come more recurrently with my team and I will certainly rebook this Hotel. Thank you Sarah and bravo for the good work!
