Old hotel, needs a complete renovation from inside. Service is ok, breakfast buffet is average or below, there's a strong unpleasant smell and smoke inside the rooms. The only upside is its location near Olaya and King fahad road, that's it.

Good Room Maintenance. Poor real time service. No information on services. Good food Receptionist Mr. Khaled and Chef, Diyaa were so good and doing amazing. There Manager also very flexible. Ground level staffs are performing poor and unnecessary interfering.

We stayed for a night,the room was clean and spacious.The receptionist Mr Khalid is a welcoming and warm person.We hated the behaviour of the house keeping member Mr Younus,who was extremely rude and indisciplined.While checking in and even during checkout,he was disrespectful and serious action must be taken to mind his ways. Beware they charge for every silly thing,even the mini bar inside the room is chargeable.

Have not checked in yet but i am already thinking to cancel my reservation.called them to verify about the differences of the room because we wanted to have the bigger one. Have questions regarding about the pool and could not give me some information and advised me to call back. Waste of time. I think their staff needs to have more training how to do customer service and product or hotel knowledge.

The staff had such attitude and were not helpful at all. We stayed there for one night on our way to perform Umrah and honestly would not recommend it. Expensive compared to the facilities provided.
