It’s good hotel with amazing location The staff are very kind. I was there for Ramadan Iftar. They have parking. Cafe and lounge. Restaurant. Mosque. Great lobby.

By far one of the worst hotels where I’ve been considering I was paying 200 usd per night. I was given only one towel My room hasn’t been cleaned overnight Internet was slow Room TV didn’t work Rooms were run down Room amenities were very poor quality Shower didn’t work on the first day I was asked to leave a 300 SAR deposit upon check in which is a very annoying measure for a hotel that charges that much When I asked at reception at what time I should have left for the airport the answer was “ask your friend”😂 The only thing that I can save is the breakfast. The owners should be ashamed of receiving guests in such a hotel and charging that much. UPDATE: one week has passed and after repeated inquiries I found out that one of the staff had pocketed my 300 sar deposit and forged my signature to get it. The hotel refunded me after a long email exchange and a lot of wasted time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE 😂

The rooms are spacious , good value for money Internet is really bad , low bandwidth and you need to relogin multiple times in an hour , and switch hotspots as a business traveler , i need an iron with steam , they have the non steam iron - and steam iron is not an option Breakfast is ok , up to expectations while it could be better , and should start earlier , it starts officially 7:30 Staff are friendly and attempting to help GYM needs major renovation , small and in B2

They charged me 1750 for two night for a horrible room, smelly. Definitely not a 4 star hotel for sure
