Honestly I would recommand you all not to stay on 14th floor especially in Room 1416 and 1417 and around...as there are lots of disturbing noise coming from the roof all Day and Night.its very disturbing to sleep.. Also the Manager have a lack of communication that he says that he knew ONLY ARABIC that is not good for his clients.They take all the time to do changes. its very annoying and discusting.

Emaar royal hotel was sold as 5* however this hotel is far from it. 2* is more appropriate. Quad rooms were cramped n dinghy. Seemed like the bedsheets hadn’t been changed when we checked in And the pillows stank Had to change them again when we arrived. Carpets where filthy and hadn’t been hoovered Bathrooms were not nice either A/C was blowing out dusty air which made us all soo unwell The breakfast food was stale except the fresh omelettes.

A very very very bad experience of my whole life non coaprative management , non coaprative workers , poor standard of whole clinilines , horrible wash rooms poor Room service I never recommended any one of the whole Muslim community

The hotel is very close to women Gate #25. Food was excellent and the service was excellent from reception to restaurant. Want to mention few names who were extra ordinary helpful. Mareen the receptionist, chef Mahmood was serving himself the guest in the Restaurant ans so Manager Mr Hani, Bassem, Reem everyone was on their toes. The food was very fresh and frequently refilling with warm one. Hopefully they keep up the good work. Very Good value for Money.

No housekeeping. No towels. No clean pillows. Dirty carpets. Maintenance was really bad. Room facilities not working.
