It's been long overdue for me to visit Yautcha, and boy was i late to the party. The place is great with welcoming and attentive service, i tried the classic dim sum platter of 6 pieces, seabass one was nice, prawn was kind of dull, but the seafood black truffle was Wow. For the mains, i opted for Sanpei chicken, sweet and savoury with that lovely aroma of sweet basil, chicken was really tender. I also had the Singaporean vermicelli with prawns and squid, and i can't believe how soft that squid was, pure magic. I was disappointed that their mocktails were all unavailable because they looked great, and the drink I had was watered down and had no lemongrass flavour. I was too full for dessert but ordered it anyway, the pistachio cherry sesame, which unfortunately was a let down, the pistachio cremeaux was good, the cherry compote was too sour, the dates ice cream icy, but the biggest issue was the pasty which just didn't taste good, and the green stuff on the outside also, it was not an enjoyable dessert that i left half of it uneaten.
Yautcha is a must visit with great ambience, food, and service. They just need better music lol
