Wonderful vibe, beautiful room, friendly and extremely attentive and helpful staff. Really felt welcome. There's a beautiful cafe with refreshing drinks, snacks, and food. And an appropriately sized kids rooms with plenty of appropriate toys.

Very good in terms of quality and cleanliness. However, very difficult to go walking to Al-Haram and the buses frequency is very little (limited to few time a day). The buses should be every one hour back and forth as minimum, despite the number of users. No services near to the hotel, like grocery or restaurants…

The location is good for families, but the rooms are small compared to other hotels. I stayed for one week at Shaza Makkah and paid 585 per night. The room service was too slow. They were nice, but the response time was more than 2 hours. The breakfast and food were good. Overall, I had a good experience, but not worth the cost.

Very nice accommodation I was very satisfied and glad during my short time in shaza hotel. Decoration, lights, design furniture every thing is very nice. Staff are very kind and Respectful. Restaurant is very good and Caffe Shalimar is awesome. Price is acceptable according to value. Shaza hotel staff Know well how make you happy. Some overlapping in time of buses to or from Haram but it is ok. I am sure I will repeat this time again.

It is a good hotel, and brilliant staff. The hospitality is wonderful with cold juice, coffee and dates, and smiles from the staff and everyone helps. I would like to thank Mr. Salem from the reception desk and Ms. Amjad for her good listening and manners and helping me choose the food. I also thank the restaurant manager for his assistance to us.
