Park Inn By Radisson Restaurant - Makkah Claim

SHUTTLES DO NOT ARRIVE ON TIME When we arrived, they said that there was a shuttle service to the Masjid al-Haram every hour for 24 hours. But at some hours the shuttle service is canceled and the hotel does not make any explanation about this. When we tell the reception about this situation, all they do is apologize and find an excuse every time.

First of all how come this is a 5 star hotel by name and fame only i guess because i was booked for a king sized bed but after i have reached my room i see 3 small separate beds like what is the use of 3 beds where i ordered for a king sized bed and later I called for a change and they said they ll come and change my room with a new room key however they didn’t you can see the evidence in picture below And there is only 1 employee working at the reception for 3-4k people in the hotel during the peak time of people check in or check out And where was my room service as my trash needs to clear out but they keep giving you cards for check out and calls to extend your stay but didn’t hesitate to ask how we were doing or if we need anything people are managing this hotels with no goals to serve its customers in a best way possible

My experience at Park Inn by Radisson hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite arriving at 6pm, our room was not ready. The staff was rude and unhelpful. It took over 1.5 hours for our luggage to arrive, despite multiple calls and having to go down to retrieve it ourselves. They failed to provide enough dental kits for our triple occupancy room. They also neglected to inform us about shuttle timings and breakfast, forcing us to ask for information ourselves. Waiting for an hour at the egg station due to understaffing was frustrating. Basic amenities such as tissues and napkins were missing from the table, requiring multiple requests. The staff provided conflicting information regarding shuttle timings. Additionally, our room was not cleaned as requested, and there was no "make my room" tag available. Given these numerous issues, I have decided to check out after only 2 nights, despite having paid for 5.

This hotel is not disabled friendly. We booked 2 rooms and when arrived got only 1 room and the other after 6 hours and after calling the manager. The food is not of a good standard. There are only few persons that are helpful.

To the most astonishing experience of my life staying in Park Inn AlNaseem branch I cnt believe that this is the same hotel different branch I used to live I have been staying in Park inn for the past 5years ,whether it was Damam or Makkah because its always on top of the list because they always maintain their standards Because I always picked room double bed with sofa kam bed and it was always spacious... *But in this branch the room is so small that it ends with 7times footstaps. *Sofa kam bed is not in good condition the springs of its mattress makes it unbearable to sleep on. *The kettle was smelly and it seems it wasn't clean. *The cups always had Parkinn logo but in this branch no logo on the coffee cups. The cleanliness wasn't upto mark. *The bathroom is so tiny, honestly it's not designed for healthy perosons. *For the first time I find the bathroom without hair dryer . *The most annoying thing is their bus service They have fixed timings .So most of the time we took taxi to reach the hotel . *Breakfast wasn't in the offer .No complementary breakfast is served But they offered saudi qahwa and dates. I wonder why there was a door in our room attached to the other room. Their check out time is 12 noon,but we made request that we will leave after Dhuhr prayer.
