Ca. 30 min drive from the airport. Looks modest from outside, yet this is a modern venue inside. Spacious and functional rooms, professional and friendly service (thank you Meshari!). Special kudos go to the Chief Chef - the buffet quality is just phenomenal - salads, mains courses, humus, fresh fruits and many more - my sincere words of appreciation. The hotel is worth every recommendation. PS Wifi signal in the room could be stronger, some bad smell in the bathroom. This made 4 stars instead of 5.

We stayed for one night and it was great. Location is busy and the parking is somewhat awkward to get to compared to the front entrance. Check in was fast. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom very good. Bed comfortable and room could be made very dark (no annoying lights on smoke alarms etc). Breakfast was very good and the staff were really kind and made sure our young child was well fed. Price is right and we’ll definitely stay here again. Oh, there are also plenty of restaurants nearby.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights at the end of January and I must say it was not a pleasant experience. While my stay at the hotel itself was adequate, a mistake was made by the hotel during check-out which resulted in a double payment. While I understand that mistakes can happen, what has disappointed me the most is the lack of response from the hotel's customer service team. Despite numerous attempts via phone and email, I have yet to receive a resolution to the issue for three months. I had hoped for better service from a reputable hotel chain such as Hilton. It is disheartening to see that the hotel's customer care management has not shown any concern for my predicament. I would appreciate it if the hotel could rectify the mistake and provide me with the refund I am owed.

Nice location. I attended Iftar Dinner, so don't have an idea of rooms quality. However, catering very good and attendants were cooperative and attentive. I do hope room's service must also be good.

Most inconsistent hot water. Have to wait 22 minutes for hot water to finally come through the shower. We are taught in Saudi due to climate water is precious. Clearly not felt that way here. Reception also poorly executed and parking very limited so you can ve searching for ages. Front under renovation which is fine but at least cover it so it's tidy and doesn't look so dirty and filled with dead bugs.
