The suites are quite roomy, spotless, and cozy. The lack of lighting was the only issue I discovered. Excellent service was provided! When we called from our room, we would receive whatever we requested, and they would call us back to make sure we had everything we needed. There was no issue with the location. Although though it was far from the mosque, there was a great free shuttle service that ran frequently, so you never actually had to wait for the bus for very long. Overall, I had a great time and would really suggest it.

I usually don't write reviews but I had to let everyone know how i feel about this hotel because it was terrible! First we got a room that had a broken sofa, a gross toilet (we couldn’t breathe), and stained furniture. We got another room after speaking to reception, to find that the AC doesn’t work (this is KSA!!), the safe didn’t work so we had to take all our valuables with us our whole trip, the lights weren’t working, the fridge was broken and when i tried to call the reception to let them know, even the phone didn’t work! When I asked them to give us another room they didn't help. The next day, we came back to the room and the door didn't work, they literally had to break the door.. We waited for 3 whole hours for them to open the door for us, I was traveling with my grandma! After begging them for 3 days to change the room, they gave us a new one at 4 am! After we were unable to enter our room and literally nothing worked in the room we had. Such a terrible experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! I had my grandma and her sister with me, both 80+, and they had to go through all that after paying full price for a “5 star hotel”. By far the worst 5 star hotel experience I ever had.

This hotel deserves less than even a one star… I am currently staying here and it is absolutely ridiculous how long we had to wait for a room. We arrived at 2pm we were informed that check in time will be at 4pm when we got there however by the time we received all the room keys it was 7pm. Absolutely no consideration towards the elderly people with us, one who has difficulty walking. Also, we had two children with disabilities in our group which consisted of 24 people in total. The staff were extremely rude and had absolutely no care in the world to attend to our needs. The display of arrogance wasn’t a surprise… they gave multiple excuses as to why there was a delay in the rooms at first it was cleaning, then it was a delay in the residents checking out late etc. Funnily a friendly stranger in the elevator said this is by far the worst hotel he’s ever stayed in, the worst decision he’s made in his life and he regrets even coming to this hotel. I urge anyone planning to stay in Makkah not to even consider or think about staying here. The only good thing about this hotel is the shuttle bus service which takes you beneath the clock tower.

The suites are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The only problem I found was that there was very less lighting. The service was immaculate! Calling from the room we would get whatever we asked for and they would also call back to check if we got what we needed. The location was not a problem. Because despite being far from the mosque, there was really good, free-of-cost shuttle bus service which was very frequent and so you never really have to wait long for the bus to come. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend.

The stay was good. Family enjoyed. Rooms were spacious and clean. All facilities are working except for the microwave . Down points Poor network Poor house cleaning. You need to constantly remind them, and then they are prompt. Walk up, to tower 1 is strenuous. Book tower 5 or 6.
