The stay was good. Family enjoyed.
Rooms were spacious and clean. All facilities are working except for the microwave .
Down points
Poor network
Poor house cleaning. You need to constantly remind them, and then they are prompt.
Walk up, to tower 1 is strenuous. Book tower 5 or 6.

Not very pleasant. The hotel price versus room size and location is great. The suite is spacious three bed rooms, 1 kitchen and dining room. The location is less than 5 minutes from Alharam by the shuttle which runs 24 hours. However the room furniture is outdated. The kitchen does not have even a spoon. The worst was the shower, the water pressure was very low not enough to reach head shower. We were very tired after Umrah coming late and were really disappointed. We call reception and the technician came right away, but was only fixed in the morning.

We had 3 rooms everything excellent shuttle service excellent avaible all the time house keeping is very low standard workers ignore but on 1 call they send for the needs don't change bedsheets towels ext until you force them straight away say complain otherwise everything is perfect

I stayed with my family in a royal sweet, it was very spacious, with 2 large bedrooms , a reception, 3 bathrooms and a small kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator.
They provided us with an extra bedding for our baby.
Very clean, great service.
They have a free parking a nice restaurant with variety of food.
Markets and bazaars are located inside the towers.
Shuttle buses 24 ours to Al Masjid Al Haram.
We loved our stay.

The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and the shower was good. Tower 5 is better than tower 6. The shuttle bus is very frequent, it comes every 5- 10 minutes. But sometimes shuttle buses get over crowded.
