I booked this hotel during umra for 2 days , it was very convenient to reach Mecca 🕋. Every 5 min they have bus only 2 min duration since they use tunnel . Hotel was good , but don’t expect any customer services 😀. Breakfast is average .

Room service is really good, food is according to the asian taste buds, really tasty. However there is a smell in meaty items. I would recommend the management to look into it. Overall 8/10, recommended

Hotel was at quite an accessible location. Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Shuttle service was reliable. However, check-in took over an hour and there were fire alarms almost twice a day making it a bit unpleasant. Parking was outdoors.

I'm staying here right now, and overall, the hotel is decent. Do not let your expectations lead you to believe that you are staying at a five-star hotel. This is a decent hotel if you want something close to the Haram. Bus services are terrible; people are treated like animals. Bus capacity is near 40 passengers and before leaving, they will load an additional forty passengers if the vehicle can accommodate that many. I'm not sure how Marriott is letting this hotel use its name.Since 2016, I've spent a lot of time at this hotel and have referred so many people, but right now, I'm thinking about staying somewhere else. Finally, the hotel is now extremely busy and uncomfortable due to the fact that Ummrah groups are now permitted to stay there.
