Description

Holiday Inn Makkah is a luxurious and large five-star hotel located in the Aziziyadh district of Makkah. Taxis are readily available to take pilgrims to pray to Al Haram and the location is near other restaurants and stores. The ambiance at the pool area at night is lovely. The breakfast buffet is very good and has a variety of cuisines. The Holiday Inn is located near Masjid Ash Shaikh Ibn Baz, Al Aziziyah, Makkah.

The room is clean and tidy and the bed is so comfortable. Housekeeping is also excellent and satisfied. But I’m very disappointed about the bus shuttle. They are providing a well organized schedule, but unfortunately they are not following it and the driver is not familiar with the the schedule time which makes the case even worse. If you wish to stay here you need to spare money for taxi. Hotel management needs to take this into consideration and provide convenient transportation services.

The fire alarm rang 3 times for at least 10 minutes each time when I was sleeping. The wifi is extremely slow. The service is very bad, I had to wait 30 minutes until someone came and took my luggage from the car. Not worth the money I paid. I was expecting way more for an internationally well known hotel.

Very bad experience the room was not cleaned for 4 days during our stay. We did not even get clean towels or toilet paper. We told them every day and we come back and the room is still the same. I am very disturbed by this service. Very abnormal. We saw the room cleaner and we had to beg him by giving him money for him to even agree to clean it. What kind of service is that?

Excellent shuttle facility by hotel, very peaceful stay with all aminities and humble staff. Too much restaurants with various food surround hotel. Nice and memorable stay .
