Worst experience in such a big-name hotel. No body answer on reception no matter how many times you try to call them. Wifi doesn't work here most of the time. In this hotel there is no such thing as call room service. No one bothers to come and clean your room even if i put a sign for cleaning multiple times. No one comes to collect rubbish. You have to leave rubbish to corridor to be collected. U have to begged them to change your towels. Shuttle service, which every hotel provides for Haram. U have to wait for at least 30 minutes and after that 1 small bus will arrive and you have to struggle to get in the bus as 50 people are already waiting for that bus. I have to take a taxi multiple times. No one wants such hassle after a long, tiring day. I will not recommend this hotel . ? There are plenty of good hotels around Haram with such value of money.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn, Makkah Al Aziziah was far from satisfactory my experience was plagued with several notable issues that demand urgent attention from the management. While the hotel’s location within the city was convenient, being slightly distant from Masjid Al Haram meant relying on their transportation, which was inconsistent. The buses’ schedules were unreliable, leading to long waits and insufficient space for guests, impacting the overall experience for pilgrims. Additionally, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Upon returning from Umrah, we faced a delay of almost an hour to receive water in our room. Then the lack of basic amenities like an iron and ironing board was inconvenient. Multiple calls and reminders by going downstairs to the lobby resulted in a two-hour wait for these essentials, we literally had to visit the lobby thrice to get an iron. Another concern was the lack of attention to room cleaning requests. Despite indicating a need for room service, returning after more than 12 hours revealed no change or replenishment of towels and amenities, despite having the “clean” sign on. This lack of attention to guests’ needs and comfort is simply unacceptable. I’ve rated the hotel three stars primarily for its comfortable room size and general amenities. However, I urge future guests to ensure their room has necessary amenities beforehand and be prepared to interact with the staff multiple times to secure essentials. The transportation service could use enhancements, perhaps by adding another bus or improving scheduling. To the hotel management: I recommend addressing potential staff shortages and providing necessary training to ensure better guest experiences promptly. Your attention to these issues will significantly improve the overall quality of stay for guests. In conclusion, my experience was marred by several service-related issues, but improvements in these areas would make this hotel a more recommendable choice for future guests. Edit: I gave 3 stars initially and as it was my last night here I thought it’s fine 3 ⭐️ would be ok! But the staff made me realized again that even 3 Stars isn’t worth it!

Honestly, everything was good except the room smelled like onion sometimes! I do not know why. Also, they put a “cleaning light” just to show off. Apparently, you need to phone them so they come to clean your room. Don't you ever rely on the cleaning switch:)

The worst experience ever . Firstly the insects in everywhere and we changed the room to another worse one as the magnetic keys and the door are not working. They said its battery we have waited for the whole day couldn't pray or go to Haram and the it man and responsible room service are not responding. At the reception most of the ladies that they are working are very mean .rude and irresponsible. You spoiled and ruined those 2 nights. I will never recommend it .
