One of the worst experiences I had In Mecca. I chose this hotel despite its far location from the Haram. However, I was expecting a Four Points typical high class experience, cleanliness, and service. I had kids with me and I came late at night to be given a room in the smoking floor without even telling me that. I get to the room and it was the wrong bed setup and it had a very very bad smell. I kept requesting a baby crib for three days, and they keep telling me it will be at your room in 5 mins but they never showed up. After three days they brought me a crib that was torn and dirty. They never pick up the phone when you call them from the room. Their internet service DOESN’T work no matter what they say. Only if you are sitting in the reception then you get a bit of it. Gala was the only employee that was prompt and she understood what I needed. She helped with adding a bed and other stuff quickly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless if you can deal with a one star hotel and services.

The service is extremely bad, dont come thinking this is a five or four star hotel! They wont even provide you the basic necessities. You have to cry for shampoo or coffee packets! Receptionist are super slow or rude, room service is non existent! Would have given a zero if i could! Please select a better hotel not this one! We came tried after umrah! They took half an hour to give tea packets and end up not giving plate after asking for more an a hour

Me and my kids went to a seafood open buffet .it was amazing . The cleanliness..way of presentation..variety of the different cooking methods ..salads ..appetizers ..sushi needs some spices I can rate 6/10 . Fried fish nice crunch.. The sweet corner needs more options.. Fresh juices go well with the feast, but it will be amazing if you add lemon mint juice or mohito.. Will visit again enshalla to treat my iodine with sea food ?

This hotel was excellent! The service was amazing. The staff to housekeeping are so good. I will definitely be returning back to this hotel. The shuttle is right outside the hotel. It's a yellow bus, and it drops you off in the kudai parking, and that is a 5 minute walk from Masjid Al Haram, you also go to the Kudai Parking to go back to the hotel. The room is very spacious and clean, it's perfect for families and singles. I enjoyed my stay. When you checkout they also make a call to you to check how the service was.

Firstly I’d like to point out from the outset that this place was so cheap in price when I booked - I was amazed that a 5 star classed property could be so cheap in Makkah….I soon discovered that there were reasons what this is. Firstly, the hotel is HUGE and getting around may require a navigation system if you’re only staying for a day or two. Secondly, the room we stayed in was relatively tiny as compared to the apparent grandness of the hotel (not a complaint as it was so cheap and we only used it to sleep) Thirdly, our room lacked basic 5 star facilities such as there was no iron in the room, no hairdryer, no robes, toiletries were barely enough for one bald person etc. Fourthly, service was generally somewhere between slow and non-existent - maybe due to the size of the property and staff ratio? The positives: 1) The room was clean, basic and did the job. 2) The shuttle service to the mosque was used by us and was so convenient. 3)The price 4) The price 5) and did I mention how cheap it was? Tip: Don’t come here expecting a 5 star hotel, it is far from it, but it is a functional hotel (much like a Travelodge in the UK) and if this was advertised as a 3 star hotel I would be giving this hotel a 5 star review for sure.
