Description

Fayrouz Cafe Lounge is one of the best cafes in Makkah, and it is beautifully decorated. It is located inside the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel on the ground floor. They have an indoor and outdoor seating area. Its seating is beautiful and comfortable. The lounge serves hot and cold drinks, including Spanish lattes, iced chocolate, Turkish coffee, hot chocolate, etc. They also have desserts like Saffron Cake, apple tart, strawberry cheesecake, and many more delicious desserts to eat. The lounge also serves lunch.

DoubleTree by Hilton is located on Jabal Omar behind the Makkah Hilton Convention hotel, which is a few minutes walk from Al Masjid Al Haram.

This hotel is great, location is very near to Haram also they provide bus shuttle, staff are very helpful, breakfast is delicious. I also want to thank Rasel Ahmeda the house keeper for his cooperation and quick respond

It was a great stay for 4 days and the rooms which we got was amazing and too huge. Housekeeping was done without any call. Breakfast buffet was so yummy. One more thing the support we received to upgrade to standard room from Mrs.Merida at the reception during check in was never forgettable.She supported as a family member from Day-1 till check out and we were so lucky. Shuttle service was too good and you can expect every 2 minutes. Never ever miss to have the delicious cookies which are so ?

Nice hotel v cute inside. Hotel doesn’t provide things for children in family rooms as stated on their website but other than this everyone is friendly and will try and help you and nice selection for breakfast and short distance to haram with buses available all the time.

Spacious rooms, we got a free room upgrade which was a nice gesture. The reception and restaurant manager - Mr. Taher was very courteous and took extra care so that we were served well. Special mention to the shuttle service, there was a shuttle every minute that we didn't even have to wait to and fro. The only downside was the housekeeping ,we felt that the rooms could have been cleaned and maintained better

I have been calling your hotel reservations dept and sending emails to them as well for the past week. The phone rings and cuts off. No one is responding to emails. I need a booking to be confirmed. Please advise how to proceed.
