Description

Baytoti and Maki House are two restaurants in one. The first offers classic Chinese cuisine and the second, as its name suggests, offers Japanese cuisine, especially sushi and maki.  Although the two names are distinct, you can mix the two types of cuisine when ordering. 

Regarding Baytoti, its cooks will prepare you the classic dishes that are generally found in any good Chinese restaurant worthy of the name. You will be able to taste different dishes of chicken, beef, shrimp, and fish accompanied by rice or Chinese noodles. On the ground floor of the restaurant, the room is quite spacious and offers tables for four or six people as well as more cozy spaces with sofas. On the first floor, a family section is available with closed rooms so that you can enjoy your meal in complete privacy.

Great experience for the Chinese foods, Sushi ? was not that mush but still nice ? I would recommend to revisit quantity of soup content.

Ma sha Allah!!! I was extremely surprised at how good their sushi is. I had low expectations due to my experiences with Asian food in the Arab world, but I actually think these are some of the best and most flavorful sushi rolls I've ever had. I can't think of a single sushi restaurant in the US that made rolls I enjoyed this much. I ordered the Spicy Combination and although it wasn't that spicy, the rolls hit many flavor notes and it blew me away, actually. Some were nutty, spicy, savory and if I remember correctly maybe a bit sweet. They took a short amount of time to come out with both our plates. This is now my favorite restaurant here in Madinah. My only complaint is the price. As for Baytoti itself, I did not try the dish, but my husband ordered Noodles with Beef and although he said it was good, he wouldn't order it again for a number of reasons.

For soup I ordered Lomi soup and it tastes amazing and cheap, I really recommend it. And for meals I ordered Chinese noodles and beef in garlic it's also amazing and was only 29 riyals. This was only the last time ordered. The times before I ordered other things and it was all amazing I really recommend this restaurant.

I had low expectations .. only because my experience of sushi and asian foods in madinah has been subpar. but wow i was blown away by the maki house inside this baytoti. The sushi is always fresh the portions are amazing . The menu has such an amazing variety as a sushi house should! ( maki house ) in baytoti itself their shrimp noodle is just incredible. Maki house has the the most fresh sashimi wow ! I just wish the restaurant had a more intimate feel , idk the way it set up it gives it a sort of mid tier feel, however the food is truly top tier.

It's the best Chinese restaurant in madinah, but for me the sushi(maki house) isn't that great, also ordered spicy salmon salad but the bowl came only one piece of lettuce and salmon above it and that's it!!!! Why it's called a salad?, and spicy mayo sauce is not spicy at all.
