It was 355 SAR for the night- I paid with a single 500 SAR note and they kept the change as a deposit. The next day on checkout reception advised me I had only paid 400 SAR so would only get the difference. Either I was scammed or someone messed up, hoping it was the latter as I didn’t expect this in the holy city.

Was Commitment to provide shuttle bus service to Haram, but surprised after check in that bus service was canceled and there was no alternate arranged by the hotel. We faced very inconvenient.

We are staying in this hotel during Ramadan and they said buses were available for haram. But when we reached no bus was provided. We didn't get to use bus Even for a single time. And there was no response from management when we asked . We faced hard time searching taxis everytime we had go to haram. As hotel is very far away from Majid Al haram.

Room is well equipped with top notch equipments. They have fresh flowers on the lobby and on the rooms. They provide shuttle to drop and pickup from Haram. The staff is nice and polite. Other amenities include restaurant, lobby cafe, mosque etc
