The staff are very nice. Mohammed Sabry at the reception showed amazing hospitality. He even offered to bring medicine to the room after we got sick. The girls also were so nice and welcoming. The only problem is the parking lot. It is so tight that it is hard to park the car down. It should be more spacious.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Saudi Arabia. The management, staff and hotel amenities are first class. It is a great hotel chain and I plan on staying with Warwick for every trip that I make to countries in which they have a property. This is really worth staying at and most importantly it is great value for money. Great team and keep up the good work!

Had a wonderful experience. Very good customer service. We booked standard king bed but only standard twin beds were available when we checked-in so they gave us an upgrade. The guy at the reception and Dina were very helpful.

I stayed with my family on 1st Jan 2023 at the Warwick hotel. The room was very nice , clean & spacious . There was ample space in the room even though we had asked for additional kids bed. It was a great gesture from the hotel they served us with complimentary Arabic tea and dates in our room in the afternoon. Our stay was comfortable, however the room service at the restaurant is extremely slow. We ended up going down to the restaurant. We ordered kids meal spaghetti with red sauce, the chicken pizza combo ( some promotion was going on ) and Chicken Biryani. The chicken was uncooked in the Biryani we had to return it back . The pizza and spaghetti were nice. Next morning we went for breakfast, there was not a lot of variety in the buffet. I would rate the hotel high on the stay , the room was great ,however I would not recommend their restaurant.

Pros : The check-in process was pretty smooth. The rooms were prepared as per my requests. Very clean rooms and common areas Rooms are pretty spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Cons: The basement car park is an absolute nightmare. Don’t even try and use it unless you have a 4x4. The drive out of the basement is way too steep for a normal car. The bathtub drain was clogged. Room Service was not up to the mark. Request for replenishment of coffee / tea / milk / sugar sachets / toiletries often fell on deaf ears. Only one bath towel / one room slippers were provided for three pax in a room. Hardly any staff, except one at the reception, wears a smile. Communicating with the live-kitchen staff was challenging as they did not speak English.
