Staff were friendly and professional.
Hotel is clean & comfortable.
Pool is good.

The stay was beautiful the hygiene is very good and staff are very respectful and welcoming.
Especially the receptionist Nouf Alotaibi and the hotel manager Abdulrahman Shaheen.
The complimentary Arabic coffee is well appreciated.

We had a free room upgrade to Junior Suite! The staff were so accommodating and helpful. It was a good way to disconnect from the busy Riyadh. The rooms were ultimately clean and spacious.

The bathtub in the room I stayed in needs to be fixed and the parking garage is quite scary to park in. Otherwise, it was quite a pleasant stay and the breakfast was amazing!
