Privacy at your risk, sounds of other rooms are easily audible. I do not smoke, but still sometimes smells cigarette smoke due to exhaust fan duct or AHU duct. Extremely poor hospitality. No one picked call in kitchen when needed room service. Complaints reception but nothing happened. Food: It is observed and shown to chef that quality of khuboos is extremely low grade sometimes. Found fungus on the khuboos. Khuboos are very hard in texture and stale. Poor preventive maintenance. Hot water not coming in my room, Hotel staff before handover the room to me don't checked. When escalated them said hotel mostly all greasers are malfunctioned, stupid reply. Water is complementary in every hotels here they give ony 2 water bottles. Imagine the peak of cost-cutting by management, and w.r.t cost of rooms... Laundry service very bad, colour fades and they misplaced my hand towels. Cockroachs are seen by myself roaming in my room and corridor. Kindly look into the matter if corporate staff is reading this message and take necessary actions

Great room with very comfortable beds and great affordable prices. The only bad thing was when we called for amenities such as towels or toothbrush, they forget us and we have to call multiple times. This happened many times so the service ness to be improved. Other than that great

The good thing about the hotel is location ( near lulu for Indian food lovers). The front desk night shift receptionist was rude. At the time of check in and payment the day shift receptionist confirmed that extra bed with blanket will be provided. However after getting advance payment the night shift receptionist rudely refused and said they don’t have any extra beds or blankets. The family jr suite given to us was on 2nd floor. The whole lobby was full of cigarettes smoking smell . Not sure about other floors. They should have atleast courtesy to offer decent rooms to family people with kids . The swimming pool Jacuzzi was not working and there was no body to attend. When we enquired at front desk , he said he has no idea and he doesn’t know. The most of the staff seems frustrated as no body smile or welcome at customers.

very nice experience, all the staff are very friendly and respectful, specifically the receptionist, the amenities are complet, the room is very comfortable and cleaned, this hotel very recommendable to others, not just only for single also in family, thank you grand hotel, see you again.

Great suites, great location - restaurants, Rail station, King Abdullah Park, Faisaliyah centre, Kingdom Centre are not far away.
