This hotel has a very good location. There are many mosques in the hotel with exceptionally good facilities. The staff is very nice and everything with a smile. Everything is spacious. The breakfast could be a little more extensive, but with so many guests I understand the management's choice. Definitely recommended. I hope I will end up here again next time.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Mecca, and I had a wonderful experience, particularly thanks to the exceptional service from Riyad, the housekeeping staff member who took care of my room, number 43119. The room was spotless, and every detail was attended to with great care. Riyad's dedication to cleanliness and his friendly demeanor made my stay even more pleasant. He ensured that all amenities were replenished daily and went out of his way to accommodate any special requests I had. Overall, the hotel was well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mecca, and I commend Riyad for his excellent work.

Stayed here for a week for Hajj. The hotel is around 1.2 kms from Haram. Just a walk. Still the hotel offers very good breakfast and dinner. The housekeeping service was very good. The service man Imran always cleaned our room properly. He was very helpful. The hotel has a big market area in the downstairs with lot of shops. Definitely recommended.

Excellent service with very, very friendly staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. We were given a very warm welcome with juices and snacks to quell our hunger after such a long journey. I would like to thank Rachid for the very, very good food. The food is excellent. Well seasoned with lots of flavour and colour. I absolutely recommend the hotel!

brand new and great facilities, good rooms and the staff were welcoming. although the location is far from the grand mosque but the hotel have shuttle services that runs 24/7 to the mosque back and forth every 10 minutes
