Last stayed in this hotel in September 2023. Bus service was very good. 2,3 spare buses were available at hotel as well as at haram bus stop. But this time bus service was very poor. Had to wait 30-40 minutes at bus stop and hotel bus stop. Sometimes had to offer prayer at hotel mosque due to no bus availability. 5 star hotel is worthless when you miss your prayer in haram due to bus unavailability. Never going to book this hotel in future and really not recommended.

It's a five-star hotel just in name. Very very very poor management as well as room service. I reserved three rooms for my family and stayed here for 7 seven days. In seven days they didn’t give us bath assecories like teeth bush even soup to wash our hands or face. If I demanded room service he said please call room service and when to call them no one responded. And when I went to the reception they said to call to them. And when I informed they replied we have 8000 rooms here and only 8 call responders available. I was surprised that they have 8000 rooms and only 8 people hired to attend the call. Ridiculous. The room door locked was not workable properly. I don’t think that it is a five-star hotel. Not recommended to anyone. Once more their management and room service were very very poor. Don’t waste your money here.

New hotel but understaffed. Had to beg them for two days to provide towels. Have to phone them about 4x a day to come and clean. House keeping extremely rude and abrupt. Would not recommend staying here during busy periods as they can not cope and do not have enough staff or materials. Room clean means they will provide soaps and water. Cannot wipe or clean bathrooms or make beds. For a 5* hotel they need to up their game

Arrived yesterday for Umrah. However rooms are very small, dirty and service overall is poor. Huge hotel but hardly any staff members working in the desired areas. Tea and coffee provided within the room but no milk to accommodate you have to pay 15 Riyals and wait 30 + minutes for room service to send it. How ridiculous! Very average breakfast buffet compared to my stay in Medina. Waiting staff have no care about the guests when cleaning the tables after use. Spilling things across the floor and not cleaning up after. For a 5 star hotel very basic. Room provided is dirty and housekeeping are not competent to do their jobs. To further add my mums clothes tore as one of the chairs in the breakfast area had a nail sticking out. They provided complimentary fruit as a means of apologies. Whose going to cover the cost of that? I wouldn’t recommend this hotel!

Very bad experience with great hotel belongings to famous name in hotels world My request was classic room but they gave me quadruple room I requested change told me this from the application company that you deal with When I went to breakfast told me your booking without breakfast although I showed them my voucher that stated clearly breakfast included I escalated to manager on duty and told me this is from the agent, told him you should not involve the guest between you and your agent since I have voucher with breakfast!! If you have issues with them solve it without disrupting the guest experience however conflict not solve until I spent long time to talk with the agent instead of the hotel do it
