Careful with the receptionist named Dona. She lies about the amount and changes her words. We had booking for two nights at this hotel but we wanted to extend it for late checkout. Despite the hotel being empty they refused to extend checkout and asked for half day payment. The receptionist (Dona) checked on system and told me it’s for 330. While checkout she wasn’t there and another man. Who said you have to pay 470. We were shocked so we asked him to called Dona. She was on call and she starting lying about it. She said I didn’t say 330!!!! Horrible unprofessional behavior from a receptionist. Never in my life did I face such lying from hotel staff. Never visiting this place again!

Great new hotel ...good decor and a posh onsite starbucks ... they are new and still learning . My room didn't have a chair ...and the pillow was slept in ...no hangers for my clothes...they supplied it all ..but it didn't feel nice when I checked in.. good value for money ...the building facade is very nice . The staff is exceptionally polite and good .will be back soon ...

You have to reserve to use the pool or the gym in the morning. Coffee machines at conference halls need regular maintenance, otherwise, coffee is great. Other hot beverages are equally good. Hall audio system keeps screaming feedback and distortion, but again, it could be due to our technical illiteracy. In conclusion, this is a great hotel to hold a business event.

We visited this place as we went to Saudi for a food exhibition which was in riyadh. This is the best option for people going to exhibition as it is near to the exhibition center. Room size is small and only for 2 people
