I arrived at the hotel on the 24th of October and checked out on the 26th of October, 2023. I was given a room with a heavy cigarette smell.
There was only warm water in the shower.
There is construction leftover dirt everywhere, in the room and in the corridors. It seems nobody bothers to clean them.
I set the temperature of the airconditioner to 24C. One night I was freezing, the next night I was boiling.
The dust on the outside of the windows of the room must be ages old. You can hardly see outside.
Worst of all, after cleaning the room housekeeping left my door wide open the whole day while I was out. When I returned late in the evening, I complained and asked the camera feeds to be checked to see if anyone entered my room. They said they will check but no one called me back. Nobody bothered. Fortunately nothing was lost.
It seems the management does not care about quality of service. My advice; do not stay there.
Two stars is for the breakfast and some of the staff who were kind (excluding the reception).

This the worst hotel we have experienced.
There is no one in reception to attend us and no customer service answering calls.
The room boys are not five star standard , while cleaning they ask for numbers and social networks site .

Careful with the receptionist named Dona. She lies about the amount and changes her words.
We had booking for two nights at this hotel but we wanted to extend it for late checkout. Despite the hotel being empty they refused to extend checkout and asked for half day payment. The receptionist (Dona) checked on system and told me it’s for 330. While checkout she wasn’t there and another man. Who said you have to pay 470. We were shocked so we asked him to called Dona.
She was on call and she starting lying about it. She said I didn’t say 330!!!!
Horrible unprofessional behavior from a receptionist. Never in my life did I face such lying from hotel staff. Never visiting this place again!

Great new hotel ...good decor and a posh onsite starbucks ... they are new and still learning . My room didn't have a chair ...and the pillow was slept in ...no hangers for my clothes...they supplied it all ..but it didn't feel nice when I checked in.. good value for money ...the building facade is very nice . The staff is exceptionally polite and good .will be back soon ...
