I‘ve seen better. Everywhere. The hotel is worn out, and lots of little things added up to a rather unpleasant stay. While the bed was good, the Aircon was either too cold or not working at all. Similarly the shower was too hot and could not be cooled down. The tv remote and tv worked, barely but it was such a mission I switched it off and left it off. While not a terrible hotel, it was way overpriced, definitely not four stars. Will not be staying there again, despite its convenient location to my meetings.

To start with the hotel has a policy of blocking SAR 500 as "room insurance." Never heard that before! It seems they use the money to start deducting what they see as room damage- Totally unacceptable. Furthermore, poor attention to detail, from broken remote controls, to old tv's and no soap, towels or shampoo in the gym showers. They would do well to modernize if they wish to keep up with the ever increasing competition. Wouldn't stay here again...

I tried the shisha restaurant and it was soooo noisy because of construction outside( the table was shaking too) ? but no discount on any thing .
