The bed and the pillows are horrible, the sound isolation in the room is minimal, and the housekeeping are cleaning the room at 5:00pm. This hotel is never your ideal choice.

Worst hotel in the world. They don’t want to pay employees so the services are a nightmare. They wake up you early by mistake, the restaurant is close sometimes, they do alarm test early the morning… just dumbs peoples without brains.

I can hear every single car on the street from the room. It is so noisy that I can't sleep. The personnel is not helpful. Wi fi does not work in the bed, only in some parts of the room. This is a very poor hotel, there is nothing close to Swiss standarts except the name. I don't recommend this hotel at all, find the one that cares about the guests.
