My staff with Ramada was very pleasant. The staff is courteous and room service is quick. Rooms are also spacious and have all amenities one can expect including iron board, a safe, kettle, water bottles, tea bags, disposable slippers and toiletries. However, the neighbourhood is very dated and is not as clean as rest of city. You will find mostly indian, pakistani and bengali restaurants and shops nearby, not the normal fast foods or restaurants. I will recommend choosing a better neighbourhood but if you are only going there to sleep then its very cosy and had no complaints.

I had high expectations of Ramada but was disappointed! Their housekeeping is terrible! Have only one staff to do all the rooms! The laundry service is rip off! For clothes given early morning to be returned the same day they charge additional amount to give it the next day!

Room furniture is very bad it smelled Furniture is outdated Room 220 started smelling food cooking in the morning The toilet is very dirty Its not worth the money at all. i wonder how they came up with this rate.. even the location is not worth it

Though in down town but being an old property, it is not comfortable from my perspective and expectations. Staff was certainly courtesious and breakfast had good variety Will I stay again? Probably NO
