I stayed with my family for 2 nights. Our room was extremely average,it had a living room and a bedroom. The carpets were stained. The property is old and overused require good amount of maintenance. We were given a main road facing room, entire night there was so much noise of vehicles. Next day we wanted to change our room however due to full occupancy there were no additional rooms. Service quality is pretty bad, I had requested for extra towels and blanket in the room service no one reverted back. The room pictures on the hotel booking sites don't match with what you actually get. The only good part about this place is it's location. There are many restaurants nearby in walking distance. Thankfully I did not had any meals here. I would not come and stay in this property again.

It is the place where you want to stay once you are in Riyadh. Perfectly located in the center, allowing residents an access for evrth. Staff are amazing. Rooms are beautifully decorated and service is at another level. It is worth the price indeed.

Worst hotel, rude reception and staff. Asking for additional payment without providing official receipt. Not recommended at all
