The customer service was very bad in treating their guests. Never book your hotel with them online. There is no coordination between the hotel personnel and the online website. Also, the customer service shut the phone down when we are trying to resolve the problem. The saudi guy in the customer service doesn’t know how to handle the situation. He was shouting and putting the blame on the customer. Really bad.

Spent 2 nights at the Ramada by Wyndham Riyadh, quite a distance from Riyadh centre, and not really near anything, taxiis are your friend. Having just come from the Ramada by Wyndham in Doha I was doing a comparison, and the Riyadh is a few steps behind. The room and bathroom were a bit tired, and in need of a refresh. Had to request an ironing board, then realised the iron in the room didn't work. Breakfast was really good, large selection, and nicely presented. If you have transport or only staying a couple of days this is a good choice, otherwise shop around.

Good place for Short trips.. breakfast was great.. minibar was poor ..they need to change the plastic water kettle on the rooms it is disgusting you can smell the plastic smell on your team . I requested the front desk to change but they didn't .

One of the worst hotels I stayed in. Very bad customer service, hotel is not clean rooms are with smell.. every where bird droppings.. disgusting. Breakfast was ok not good not bad. They charge very high, but it's not even worth of 100 riyals. Any lodge is better then this, authori3s should revoke 4start status from hotel.. not recommended at all
