I will rate 10 star for this hotel, right from the services to the staff. I have stayed here several times and they really make you feel like your second home. I must highlight about this particular staff by the name of Wassim.He is very accommodating and helpful. He is definitely an asset to Raffles as he is always around to assist you. Food is also very good. Will definitely be the only choice of hotel i want to stay when i come to Makkah.

Had a poor experience with check-in and the rules around restaurant reservation for iftar but the management handled our complaints with utmost care and that is very much appreciated. The rooms are great, clean and perfectly located.

Wajdi from reception and the ladies with him were exceptionally hospitable as well as the whole staff. Very kind and quick to help and make our stay all that worth while. God bless them

Excellent service! Friendly staff!!! The best so far of all the hotels in makkah i have never seen as anything perfect as this hotel... this is my first time at raffles after the pendamic. It was recommended by my sister, and I would definitely come here again and again. Big thanks!!

Very attentive staff and consistently flexible. We enjoyed the food. Wifi is really good. The hotel was quite peaceful and central to everything. 10/10 would recommend ? ? .
