I can’t thank enough Samaher the Conceirge for what she did to help me locate my bag that never made it to Mekkah from Madina. I was stuck with no umrah clothes and it was very stressful . She is so helpful and very nice and pleasant with always a smile on her face. She kept in touch with me with all the info about my bag even after she finished her shift. This is a dedication of a person with a wonderful personality. I was really in distress and she even helped me find some stores to buy some clothes until my bag arrived. Thank you so much Samaher. You are a Gem in the hotel. The whole hotel is excellent as well with everyone helpful and respectful and above and beyond. Inshallah will be staying there again when I come to Makkah.

Excellent service and great location. Quite with breath taking view of the Holy Mosque. Also, I would like to Thank Karim for his great service. He was so helpful and made our stay even better. Highly recommended hotel. Specially with Kaaba View.

I had an unforgettable stay at the Raffles Makkah Palace from Friday, August 25 to Saturday, August 26, 2023. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff, especially Miss Rehab and Miss Sarah, were incredibly hospitable and respectful. They made my family feel welcome and special. I will never forget their kindness and attention to detail. As a former hospitality professional, I can say that the Raffles Makkah Palace is a truly outstanding hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mecca. I would be happy to stay at the Raffles Makkah Palace again in the future. Thank you for making my stay so special.

Doesnt matter you have all accor platinum membership or you are normal guest They treat you like other normal guest I spend thousands of thousands riyal every year In the previous 8 years and i get that treatment?! Extremely disappointed Front staff very professional in terms of making excuses such as not available room for upgrade etc... I checked that time there plenty of rooms available I will never come back even if they rolled a red carpet from airport to hotel

Everything was great once I arrived the hotel. The service is very nice. Food is amazing. And Zaki from concierge was great help. One thing I struggled with is the customer service by phone. For almost 3 weeks before my reservation date, I tried to contact the hotel MANY times. Literally, every single time they refer me to Reservations department but they NEVER answered. I had to reach them by email, which they delay in replying.
