the hotel should not be rated 4 star it should be 1 star the wifi only works in the lobby and even then it’s very slow wifi, the lobby looks 100% better than the actual rooms , the rooms smell horrible and overall it was a bad experience i would definitely not be coming back here, if you want a nice hotel close to the ka’aba go to the tower near it it is way better

It is a three stars hotel but very good and organized. It is getting a bit expensive. Breakfast was okay. Lot of flies.

Bad stay. Extremely disappointed this hotel should not be rated as 4 stars. There was a strong smell of cigarettes. There were nits on the bed and the bed sheets were dirty with stains. There was no hot water in the shower and it was not working properly. Overall bad service.
