Honest review: veeery bad stay! I would never go back there and absolutely do not recommend it! I dont know how anybody can be happy in such a hotel: rude employees, NO(!) regular cleaning of the rooms (even after asking every single day for it), dysfunctional elevators (waiting time of over 5 min just to get to your rooms), people smoking inside of the rooms and in the corridors! Please take this review seriously and enjoy your time in the blessed city of Makkah in a better place! Very disrepectful, dirty hotel with an intense cigarette smell! I would give 0 stars if this was possible!!

Catastrophic stay, the worse experience in my life. Nothing worse than room service ،insects everywhere, air conditioning isa shame you wouldn't be able to sleep at night and maintenance team are useless , very far from Haram for family with children and no transportation to Haram, guests are sitting in the hallas and corridors in front of rooms , I have spent to days were like a hard exam and hard time
