Very unprofessional and rude staff. There was smell in the room whenever you turn on the AC. The air conditioner was barely working. In bathroom, cammode and bath shower were broken. I suggest you don't waste your money. In this range you can get much better hotel. Lastly, room was so small. We were 5 person and they gave us a room for 3 people. I suggest you don't waste your money

We was live there 22 July to 27 July it's very near to Haram ND very cheap hotal cleaning wifi ND staff everything it's so good InshaaAllah if I will go again I will like to stay there

Very Disappointed, no cleaning services, no toiletries, No Bed sheets charged in 4 days, no towels, toilet was broken , couldn't lock the door from inside, reported to Reception and Manager 4 times these issues but they didn't even bother to come to room and check. Mines star...don't waist your money and time...
