Mercure Corniche Al Khobar

a very disppointed experience: I have avail this package promo with certain discounts, but when going to the restaurant to book for 13 pax and the receptionist there realised that we are on coupon, he showed no interested and replied that they are busy on the day we want a booking. keeps shouting at us and advise to call someone to make a booking. a very rude receptionist, and by the way food are not that recommendable

I have been trying to contact Mercure Khobar but nobody answrs the phone calls. Even hardly i was connected to the main line and asked them to transfer to the restaurant but at restaurant nobody picks up. How to reserve our seats because when we go walk-in they say need prior reservations. Can Mercure hotel management please look into this issue ?

Definitely waste of time and money. Rooms have poor insulation. You can literally hear every word the guests in the neighboring rooms saying due to bad insulation. Worst part is help-desk people. They dont answer your call and when you talk to them, they just say we will do it and never happen. I spent 3 nights. The first two nights went ok, but the third night was horrible. There were new guests in my neighboring room that i could hear everything there were talking about. I talked to the receptionist about that and they ignored my call, I went down to talk to them, they just kept saying we will come to u soon.... and nothing happened. Could you imagine calling the receptionists at what they advertise to be a 4-star hotel and they don't answer??? And when you go down to talk to them, they say they will bring someone to help, and no one shows up.... In addition to all of that, the rooms have old furniture and the TV remote was not working... I kept the "clean my room" card on the door for a whole day and no one cleaned the room. I had to talk to them about that as well. Very disappointing!!! I highly recommend booking here if you only want to have a horrible stay... I wish Google would allow me to rate less than 1.

1 night stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean but dimly lit. A bit old fashioned since it is an old Mercure hotel. Buffet was good with nice views. Staff were friendly.

For the restaurant at Mercure Al Khobar. My friends and I tried their dinner buffet last night and we are so disappointed. Most of the food are VERY SALTY. The management must be aware of this issue since it is not good for your customers/ consumers. However, for the service and location it's 4/5.
