Staff in the dining hall and café are very friendly and helpful. Despite having a non-smoking room, on one day during my stay the whole room smelled as if someone had been smoking (potentially due to the air circulation system). No action was taken upon notifying the staff.

This is my first time staying in the hotel. It's amazing. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. I find plenty of choices of food having my breakfast here. The location is just nice, you could walk around to explore the surroundings if you wish to.

Pleasant business stay, have not spent much time in the room. Bed was very comfy. I had 117 and could hear an annoying fan noise from outside… Room was great. Wished they would have washed the outside windows more often.

It was my first time in Saudi Arabia and also my first time staying at the Intercontinental! I most definitely recommend this hotel, the staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms are great, so spacious with all facilities available. Salah made us feel welcome and attended our every need! Thank you, you made us feel welcome and would definitely return

I really enjoyed my time here! Was a great stay and loved the variation in food. All members of staff were welcoming especially Hassan! I would certainly stay again. I was impressed with the quality of the food and how nice it tasted all round.A very high quality hotel which is worth the price!
