The place is very beautiful and and the rooms gives you a nostalgic feeling like your in the 1970s👴.The view was amazing too.The only thing wrong was that the hairdryer wasn't working but it wasn't a problem. The staff are good but they took 35 minutes to bring us extra pillows and blankets. 🧍‍♂️ The location is amazing 👏 it's next to so many good resteraunts 🥘 like Nandos, Raising Caines, Wild Buffalo wings,and The Cheesecake Factory. Plus its ⁸15 minutes away from Ithra. Me and my family have been visiting the habitat every time we come to khobar. I would recommend if your visiting khobar.🌍

Reception: needs improvement on how they will welcome guest and be more accommodating. The females are not so attentive. Staff: bellboys, waiters and housekeeping 5/5, very approachable and nice.. Conference hall: we attended an event, very spacious, value for money. Good for taking photos.

Very nice place, large space, but there are some essential details that were not available like nescaffee bags and water bottles. The breakfast was not good.

This was one of the worst experiences in any hotel. Staff are rude and unresponsive. The hotel is very old and looks abandoned. Water is dirty as you see in the picture.

It’s a great place, actually it’s luxuriously antique if I may say so. My only suggestion is they need to step up the maintenance and branding. Staff are 10 out of 5 stars great service.
