We had to stay at this place because we had a wedding to attend, otherwise there are much better places. The rooms are way below the five star hotels. The carpet is filthy and the lights are so tiny with many burned lights.

Don’t go into trap! Hotel management are in deep sleep. No cereal? No Milk in breakfast? Look at the crockery. Is it looks a 5 star hotel? Services are worst. Sent email to hotel management at the day of arrivals and no one bothered to reply or attend that. If you are lucky enough you will find some breakfast stuff!!!!

TO AVOID. Worst hotel ever. Very dirty, no maintenance…this hotel is a complete scam. I’m a regular user of Accor group hotels…this one shouldn’t have the right to use the brand and should be excluded. I was given a room (410), once in the room I realized it was very dirty and smelly. I requested a room change…the next one (305) exactly the same. See pictures attached. No water in the room, towels missing. Breakfast is very bad, option are not nice and everything look old. Croissant are all dry and very bad, ham is very industrial absolutely nothing nice, I couldn’t find anything eatable.

After a week of planning, we had decided to have our lunch buffet at this hotel. I extended invitations to three of my friends to join me for the occasion. Upon arriving at the hotel restaurant, we were greeted by an attendant who inquired if we were guests staying in one of the rooms. I informed him that we were walk-in customers, but he seemed skeptical and proceeded to call his colleagues. Shortly after, he summoned his supervisor, indicating a sense of confusion and uncertainty. This experience left us feeling as though we were being profiled, rather than being warmly welcomed as valued guests. It is crucial for the staff to be trained in proper customer service techniques, ensuring that guests feel genuinely welcomed and attended to. Furthermore, the limited and unappetizing food options provided further dissuaded us from staying, prompting us to seek an alternative hotel where we felt genuinely welcomed.

Do not go here. My expectations were not high but experience was truly bad. I am Gold member with Accor and therefore I booked but I strongly recommend they take this hotel off the program. Hotel has not been maintained for years. It starts with poor welcome and no info. When entering room door panel falls off. Inside electrical outlets are not working or badly placed. TV does does display any channel. No towels in room and when I ask they bring me just 1 towel. Water sink does not flush water and sink.fills up. I arrive around midnight and go to sleep at 01.30am they wake me up with continuous knocks on door with a fruit basket. Seriously.... Next morning shower is with only cold water. For.this horrible experience they charge 120€
