Very satisfied with the service the hotel and everything. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are great and the cleanliness of the hotel superb. Overall the place is truly wonderful with the staff going that extra mile to make sure stay will be a special one.ill gladly come again with my friends.

Extremely Disappointing Experience My one-month stay at this hotel was marred by numerous issues. Upon checking in, I immediately encountered problems with my room. Despite my request for a room change, the reception informed me that no other rooms were available that day but assured me of a room change the following day. However, on the second day, they claimed the new room wasn't ready yet, so I requested to inspect it. After finally seeing the room, I asked them to reserve it for me and inform me once it was ready. To my surprise, I never received a call. Upon returning to the reception, I encountered a different receptionist who falsely claimed the room had been allocated to another guest. After I protested and requested they contact the previous receptionist, they told me she would return in 30 minutes, and miraculously, the room became available within 15 minutes. Additionally, it's baffling that basic amenities like plates and cutlery were not provided upon request. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff neglected to change the bed sheets daily. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.

Breakfast Service, Laundry Service and Front Desk were impecable; however, in room dining experience, housekeeping and accounting were sub-par. We have a corporate account but they insisted on making us pay cash for each order. Had to call front desk each time we needed something from housekeeping cause they never pickup; we also had to followup for our requests. The pool is great but there is no service there. Rooms need remodeling, carpets and seat in room had alot of stains. TV channels are very basic. Inroom dining food looked 5 stars but need alot of work on the taste. The wagyu burger tasted worse than the regular burger, ceasar salad was super citrusy and the club sandwich taste was bland. we enjoyed the lentil soup most. If the food had been better we would have ordered alot more.
